Do you offer a turnkey service?

Absolutely! We offer full support to owners who choose to entrust their vacation home to us, from property marketing to guest management, including the coordination of housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Will I be contacted if a problem arises with a guest during a rental?

Rest assured, we’ve got everything covered! If needed, our team will report back to you once the issue has been resolved.

What types of properties do you manage?

We primarily manage rental condos and chalets.

What regions do you cover?

The Laurentians and Lanaudière.

How much do your management services cost?

We encourage you to get in touch with us so we can understand your needs and provide you with a tailored offer. Can I use my own photos to advertise my rental property?

It all depends on the quality of the photos. We can help you select the best ones to showcase your property in the best possible light. However, if you’d like to take new photos, we offer a FREE art direction service, highlighting the most eye-catching features to give it that extra oomph and attract more renters!

What’s included in the rental?

We supply all the basic essentials: internet service, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, bath towels, toilet paper, sheets, pillows, kitchen utensils, a washer and dryer, a coffee maker, a microwave, a smart TV, and much more.

How do I know if a property is available on the dates I want?

All our calendars show the real-time availability of our units. You can view them by clicking the “View Availability” button on the property listing.

Do you allow pets?

We allow pets at select properties only. Please reach out to us before making your reservation.

Are the chalets or condos easy to get to?

Some properties are more accessible than others. Many are located in the mountains and offer magnificent views. That’s why we recommend using a car with good winter tires to handle potential inclement weather during the cold season. That said, the roads are maintained regularly.

Can I get the address of the chalet or condo before renting it?

For security reasons, we will provide you with the address at least 24 hours before your arrival. We can always give you the name of the nearest town so you can plan your trip accordingly.
